Biography —
Samiya Rasheed is a project coordinator with CARE. She mainly oversees the Veteran and Military Mental Health studies. She obtained her B.S. in Biology and B.A. in Psychology from KU in the Spring of 2023. She plans to apply to law school for the Fall 2026 cohort.

Samiya's research interests include identifying unique risk factors and treatment barriers for EDs in minoritized populations.
