Biography —
Leah is a sophomore currently majoring in Psychology and Applied Behavioral Science with a minor in Sports and Exercise Psychology. After graduation, she plans to attend graduate school for Counseling Psychology. In her free time, Leah likes to travel, go to the gym, and spend time with her friends.
Research —
Leah's research interests focus on how the principles of lifestyle medicine can support individuals with anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.
