The Eating Pathology Clinical Outcome Tracker (EPCOT)

What is the EPCOT?

The Eating Pathology Clinical Outcome Tracker (EPCOT) is 24-item a self-report measure that can be used to help clinicians track weekly progress in their clients over time in therapy. It can also be used in research contexts where brief, week-to-week assessments are needed. The EPCOT has 8 scales that assess clinical impairment related to eating behaviors and body dissatisfaction.
