Biography —
Emily is a project coordinator for CARE and the COPE lab, focusing primarily on the BEST-U and STAR studies. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a minor in Professional Communications, from Florida State University in 2022. Emily intends to apply to clinical psychology Ph.D. programs in the coming application cycle. Outside the center, Emily enjoys reading, spending time with her cat, and working on various art projects.

Research —
Emily’s research interests are rooted in advancing the classification, assessment, and treatment of eating disorders. As such, she is interested in research that improves the accessibility and feasibility of treatment modalities. More recently, Emily has also found a deep interest in research surrounding body image, weight inclusivity, and weight stigma.
