Enroll in a Research Study

We welcome participation in our research studies!

 

Are you concerned about your weight or shape? Do you overeat, purge, diet severely, or exercise excessively?

If you answered yes to one or more of the above questions, you may be eligible to participate in a research study. You must be age 14 or older, and speak and write fluent English; must be medically stable. Must not have diagnoses of mental retardation or neurological disorder.

You may be eligible to participate in a research study on predictors of diet quality in teens with an intellectual or developmental disorder. In order to participate in this research study, you must speak and write fluent English; have a child with an intellectual or developmental disability aged 11-19 who is able to speak, read, and understand English.

You may be eligible to participate in a national research study to help develop a new eating behavior questionnaire for kids and teens. In order to participate, you must be age 10+, fluent in written and spoken English, and medically stable; you must not have an intellectual or developmental disability, reading-based learning disorder, or current medical condition that might interfere with appetite or body weight (e.g. cancer, diabetes mellitus, pregnancy).

Are you a healthy woman between the ages of 18 and 55? Are you interested in participating in a brain imaging study? If you answered yes to both questions, you may be eligible to participate in a research study about mental health reward systems.
