Biography —
Mari Thomeczek is a graduate student in the Clinical Psychology PhD program. She graduated with a degree in Psychology from Hendrix College in 2018 and received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas in 2020.

Research —
Mari's primary research interests include etiology and maintenance factors of eating disorder psychopathology, innovative treatments for eating disorders, and intersections between trauma and disordered eating. She is also interested in studying disordered eating and body image in pregnant and postpartum populations.
